| Description INVITATION TO BID FOR THEPROCUREMENTOFFORWARD-TYPEWING VANFORUSEOFOFFICEOFTHEPROVINCIALAGRICULTURIST The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 4,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF FORWARD-TYPE WING VAN FOR USE OF OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURIST with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000423. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount of at least FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184.
