Purchase of Medical Supplies under Project Reference No. 17-0157 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to B & J Computers and Electronic Services with a Contract Price equivalent to Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Ten Pesos Only (P226,410.00) which should be delivered ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
