Purchase of Medical/Surgical Supplies under Project Reference No. 17-166 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma with a Contract Price equivalent to One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (P125,600.00) which should be delivered ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
