Provision of Meals for Doctors, Nurses and Other Surgical Mission Team and Other Provincial Officials during the Recognition & Assessment of the Heart Surgical Mission with Project Reference No. NC-17-390 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to BOHOL TROPICS RESORT with a Contract Price equivalent to Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (P 80,000.00) which should be delivered upon request after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
