The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the cost of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW MOBILE DAIRY PARLOR VAN WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES of the “Bohol Dairy Processing and Marketing Enterprise”.
1. The Provincial Government of Bohol hereinafter referred to as the End-User, now requests interested applicants to submit quotations for the:

Terms & Conditions:
1. Bidder/Suppliers must attach vehicle brochures compliant with the approved specifications.
2. Free Engine check-up, Free LTO Registration of 3 years and CTPL Insurance, WARRANTY-Three (3) years Limited or 100,000 km., whichever comes first.
3. Supplier must conduct training and seminars on operation and maintenance.
4. The bidder must have after sales service facilities in major cities in the Philippines/Province of Bohol.
5. The Bidder/Brand offered must be existent in the Philippine market for the past 20 years.
6. Payment shall be made upon final inspection and the surrender of LTO Registration and Plate together with Insurance.
7. Price quoted is valid Ninety (90) calendar days from the date of opening of quotations.
8. Delivery Period: Within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO)/Notice to Proceed (NTP), otherwise, Liquidated Damages (LD) will be applied in amount equal to one-tenth (1/10) of one percent (1%) of the cost of the delayed goods scheduled for delivery for every day of delay until such goods are finally delivered and accepted by the procuring entity concerned.

b) Bohol Dairy Producers Association (BODPA),
c) PLGU of Bohol, and
d)World Bank Logo

2. All Requests for Quotations (RFQs) submitted in hard copies shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW MOBILE DAIRY PARLOR VAN WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES of the “Bohol Dairy Processing and Marketing Enterprise”.
All entries must be typewritten or handwritten legibly.
3. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Bohol will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 13,2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the Bids and Awards Committee Office, New Capitol Building, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
4. Quotations must be received at the address below not later than 10:00 A.M. of October 27, 2021.

Any bid submitted after the deadline for submission and receipt of bids prescribed by the Procuring Entity shall be declared “Late” and shall not be accepted by the Procuring Entity.
6. The procurement procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank Guidelines and taking into consideration the related provisions in the Project Loan Agreement and Guidelines in the Procurement under the IBRD loans and IDA credits.
7. The Provincial Government of Bohol reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
