The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount of at least FIFTY PERCENT(50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Bohol – Provincial Procurement Management Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday only, except holidays.on FEBRUARY 04-26, 2025 from the given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ₱ 5,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Provincial Capitol Building, Tagbilaran City. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Provincial Procurement Management Unit www.ppmu.bohol.gov.ph, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
