| Description INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCRETING OF CANDUMAYAO(CATIGBIAN)- BOGTONGBOOD(CLARIN)ROAD FOR THE 1ST QUARTER OF C.Y 2025 The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY SIX PESOS AND 85/100 ONLY (₱ ABC IN FIGURES) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF CANDUMAYAO(CATIGBIAN)- BOGTONGBOOD(CLARIN)ROAD FOR THE 1ST QUARTER OF C.Y 2025 with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000092 REBIDDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 75 CALENDAR DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount of at least FIFTY PERCENT(50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Bohol – Provincial Procurement Management Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday only, except holidays. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on JANUARY 29-FEBRUARY 05, 2025 from the given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ₱ 10,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Provincial Capitol Building, Tagbilaran City. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Provincial Procurement Management Unit www.ppmu.bohol.gov.ph, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of theirbids. The Provincial Government of Bohol will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on N/A at the PPMU Conference Room, Provincial Capitol Building, and/or through video conferencing or webcasting via Zoom, which shall be open to all interested parties.
