Purchase of Janitorial Supplies under Project Reference No. PHO-17-068 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Golden AI Trading with a Contract Price equivalent to Twenty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Four Pesos Only (P27,494.00) which should be delivered fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
