Provision of Lunch and Packed Lunch During the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) Consultative Conference for the Month of January to March 2018 with Project Reference No. C-18-001 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Complying and Responsive Bid to Casa Reyfrancis Pension House and Restaurant with a Contract Price equivalent to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (P250,000.00) which should be delivered upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
