Purchase of Medical Supplies under Project Reference No.PHO-17-053 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma with a Contract Price equivalent to Seven Hundred Fifty Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (P753,180.00) which should be delivered ten (10) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
