Provision of Catering Services for the Various Activities by the Office of the Veterinarian with Project Reference No. C-17-145, 146, 147 & 149 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Casa Reyfrancis Pension House and Restaurant with a Contract Price equivalent to Seventy – Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 75,500.00) which should be delivered upon request after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
