INVITATION TO BID

The Provincial Government of Bohol through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2023, intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS AND 88/100 (P 962,215.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Furnishing of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Establishment of Rice Display and Distribution Area at CPG Park, Cogon District, Tagbilaran City. Bid Proposal in excess of the (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening:

The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Delivery of the services is required as above stated after receipt of the Contract Agreement. Bidders should have a contract similar to the project with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section 11, Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures, using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Bohol and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday only except holidays.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on October 11– October 18, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P 1,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Capitol Compound, Tagbilaran City

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Procuring Entity www.bohol.gov.ph, provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 18, 2023 at 10:30am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount stated in the ITB Clause 18.

Bid opening shall be on October 18, 2023 @ 10:30AM @ the PPMU Office, Tagbilaran City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late Bids shall not be accepted.

The Provincial Government of Bohol reserves the right or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
