| PGBH 2024-000151 BULK PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES The Provincial Government of Bohol through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND THIRTY NINE PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS PESOS only (P 11,478,039.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the BULK PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL SUPPLIES. No.: PGBH 2024-000150 Rebidding The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Delivery of the services are required as above stated after receipt of the Contract Agreement. Bidders should have a contract similar to the project with an amount of at least 25% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section 11, Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures, using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Bohol and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday only except holidays. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on March 13 – 20, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P 25,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Capitol Compound, Tagbilaran City It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Procuring Entity www.bohol.gov.ph, provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 20, 2024 at 10:30am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount stated in the ITB Clause 18. The Provincial Government of Bohol reserves the right or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
