| INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS AND SIXTY NINE CENTAVOS ONLY (₱ 7,180,315.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES with Procurement Reference No. 2024-000492 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 CALENDAR DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT(25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Bohol – Provincial Procurement Management Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday only, except holidays. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on SEPTEMBER 11-OCTOBER 02, 2024 from the given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ₱ 10,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Provincial Capitol Building, Tagbilaran City.
