The Provincial Government of Bohol hereinafter referred to as the End-User, now requests interested applicants to submit quotations for the: PR No.: PRDP-GEF-MPA-008 End-User: Office of the Provincial Agriculturist: Fisheries Division Contract Name: FUEL DEPOSITS for the following Marine Protected Areas (MPAs): “Guindacpan Marine Protected Area Rehabilitation & Cataban Marine Sanctuary Rehabilitation” Item/Description Quantity Unit of Issue Fuel: -Gasoline -Diesel Specifications: Low sulfur, premium product that contains a unique and robust multifunctional additive that contains smoke reducing agent and lubricity additive to protect fuel injection system. It also has the ability to maintain and improve fuel injection system cleanliness through unsurpassed detergency characteristics. Container and delivery fee included. Delivery Sites: Brgy. Guindacpan, Talibon, Bohol – (1,102.24 liter, Gasoline) Brgy. Cataban, Talibon, Bohol – (1,301.74 liter, Diesel) Terms and Conditions: 1. Delivery of Diesel/Gasoline Fuel upon request of the respective MPA Management Board in each site. 2. Delivery of Diesel/Gasoline Fuel must be placed in 200L capacity container intended for its classification. 3. Terms of Payment: Partial Delivery, Partial Payment is allowed or Full Payment upon complete delivery subject to inspection and auditing of the PLGU Bohol. *Note: The Provincial Local Government Unit of Bohol will accept the effect of fuel price fluctuation, hence, the price of fuel during the time of delivery will prevail but not to exceed the total amount in the contract or Purchase Order. The only variable in the approved Purchase Order should be the Unit Price and the Quantity but not the total amount indicative in the Purchase Order. 1.102.24 1,301.74 Liter Liter 2. The procurement procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank Guidelines and taking into consideration the related provisions in the Project Loan Agreement and Guidelines in the Procurement under the IBRD loans and IDA credits. 6. The Provincial Government of Bohol reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
