Purchase of Laboratory Supplies under Project Reference No. 17-026 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma with a Contract Price equivalent to Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (P49,390.00) which should be delivered fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
