Purchase of Medical Supplies under Project Reference No. 17-128 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma for the Purchase of Medical Supplies with a Contract Price equivalent to Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (P26,480.00) which should be delivered ten (10) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
