Purchase of Laboratory Supplies under Project Reference No. 17-015 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma for the Purchase of Medical Supplies with a Contract Price equivalent to Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (P23,100.00) which should be delivered ten (10) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
