Purchase of Medical Supplies under Project Reference No. 17-020 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma for the Purchase of Medical Supplies with a Contract Price equivalent to Three Hundred Thirty Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Pesos Only (P332,175.00) which should be delivered five (5) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
