Purchase of Medicines under Project Reference No. PHO-17-136 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma for the Purchase of Medical Supplies with a Contract Price equivalent to Six Hundred Forty Three Thousand Pesos Only (P643,000.00) which should be delivered fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
