Purchase of Medical Suplies under Project Reference No. PHO-17-057 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma for the Purchase of Medical Supplies with a Contract Price equivalent to Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P470,94.00) which should be delivered fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
