Purchase of Medical Supplies under Project Reference No.17-035 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to Byro Pharma for the Purchase of Medical Supplies with a Contract Price equivalent to One Million One Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (P1,148,200.00) which should be delivered ten (10) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
