Stand, Nebulizer & BP Apparatus under Project Reference No. PHO-17-129 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to Dextel Trading with a Contract Price equivalent to Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (P33,600.00) which should be delivered four (4) days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
