Provision of Catering Services and Venue for the Provincial Development Council (PDC) Full Council Meeting for the 4th Quarter under Project Reference No. C-17-222 is hereby awarded as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid to Casa Reyfrancis Pension House and Restaurant with a Contract Price equivalent to Eighty Four Thousand Pesos Only (P84,000.00) which should be delivered upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
