| Rebidding for the Improvement of Constituency Service Office To be awarded by Lot Place of Delivery: Project Site The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above mentioned project. Delivery of the services are required as above stated after receipt of the Contract Agreement. Bidders should have a contract similar to the project with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section 11, Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures, using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the condition for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
