The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank
towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) with Grant package from
the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the Grant
to payments for the cost of PROCUREMENT OF MPA SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS for the
following Marine Protected Areas (MPAs): “Aguining Marine Protected Area Rehabilitation and
Sinandigan Fish Sanctuary Rehabilitation”
1. The Provincial Government of Bohol hereinafter referred to as the End-User, now
requests interested applicants to submit quotations for the:

Terms and Conditions:
1. Prices includes supply and delivery of
materials/equipment’s in the MPA project sites
2. Supplier must conduct Training and Seminars on
Maintenance of the supplies.
3. Payment shall be made upon Completion of Delivery
and Issuance of Inspection and Acceptance Report.
4. Price quoted is valid for Sixty (60) calendar days from
the date of opening of quotations.
5. With 1 year warranty.
6. Delivery Period: Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt
of Purchase Order (PO)/Notice to Proceed (NTP),
otherwise, Liquidated Damages (LD) will be applied in
amount equal to one-tenth (1/10) of one percent
(1%) of the cost of the delayed goods scheduled for
delivery for every day of delay until such goods are
finally delivered and accepted by the procuring entity
concerned.

2. All Requests for Quotations (RFQs) submitted in hard copies must be placed in a sealed
envelope marked: PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS for the following Marine
Protected Areas (MPAs): “Aguining Marine Protected Area Rehabilitation and Sinandigan
Fish Sanctuary Rehabilitation”
All entries must be typewritten or handwritten legibly.
3. Quotations must be delivered at the address below not later than 10:00 A.M. of July 29,
2022.

encouraged to secure their bid proposal by Encrypting with Password their attached file
and provide the security information to BAC Secretariat during the actual bid opening)
Any bid submitted after the deadline for submission and receipt of bids prescribed by the
Procuring Entity shall be declared “Late” and shall not be accepted by the Procuring Entity.
Opening of Quotations will be held on July 29, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at the Chairman, Bids
and Awards Committee, Province of Bohol, PPMU Office 2 nd Floor, Provincial Capitol
Building, Brgy. Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol 6300. Bids will be opened by the BAC in
Public and in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend.
5. The procurement procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the
World Bank Guidelines and taking into consideration the related provisions in the Project
Loan Agreement and Guidelines in the Procurement under the IBRD loans and IDA credits.
6. The Provincial Government of Bohol reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation
and to annul the procurement process or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
